I've been cooking professionally since 2005. I started as a fruit stocker at Google and eventually made my way into their kitchens. After 3 years of very hard work, amongst extremely talented people, I was promoted to chef.
Currently, I am the Executive Chef of Paper Plane, MINIBOSS, & SuperGood Kitchen. All located in downtown San Jose.
My philosophy as a cook boils down to two basic principles:
1. Cook good food; do it responsibly.
2. Remain humble, studious, and open-minded.
