My sister and I didn't get to our AirBnB until 3 AM--we were starving. The only place open was a 7-11 down the street. 7-11 in the States is the low standard of food/drink. I assume the same applies to the 7-11 in Japan, but given their ridiculously high standards--in practically everything--even their lowest standard can compete with our best. That's because their 'low' standards, aren't low at all. They are considerate of everything, even mass-produced snacks at 7-11 where the quality rivals Whole Foods. It's crazy. My sister and I went absolutely nuts over this place.
